Having Trouble Loading Videos or Downloading Course Content?

If a video isn’t loading, is stalling, or you’re unable to download course content, this is almost always a browser-related issue, not an access issue.


In most cases, this can be resolved in just a few minutes by following the steps below.


Try This First (Resolves Most Issues)

Step 1: Clear Cache and Cookies

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies resolves the majority of loading and download issues.

Once cleared, close your browser completely, reopen it, and try again.


Step 2: Use an Incognito / Private Window

Open an incognito (private) browser window and log into your Kajabi account again.

This bypasses stored browser data that can interfere with:

  • Video playback

  • Course progress loading

  • Download links (including Google Drive files)


Step 3: Try a Different Browser

If the issue continues:

  • Switch to a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)

  • Avoid older or unsupported browsers
