My Course Is Not Showing Up in My Library

If you’ve purchased a course but don’t see it in your library, it’s usually due to one of the following:

  • The purchase was made using a different email address

  • There was a typo in the email address entered at checkout

Both situations can prevent course access from appearing correctly.

How to Resolve This

  1. Email access@mariawendt.com

  2. In your message, please include:

    • The email address(es) you may have used to purchase

    • The correct email address you want linked to your course access

  3. Our support team will update or merge your access and confirm once it’s complete

Important Going Forward

To avoid delays with future purchases:

  • Double-check your email at checkout for typos

  • Use the same email address for all purchases so everything appears in one library
