If you’ve purchased a course but don’t see it in your library, it’s usually due to one of the following:
The purchase was made using a different email address
There was a typo in the email address entered at checkout
Both situations can prevent course access from appearing correctly.

The correct email address you want linked to your course access
Our support team will update or merge your access and confirm once it’s complete
