I Accidentally Purchased the Same Course Twice

If you’ve purchased the same individual course more than once by mistake, we’re happy to help.


Duplicate Individual Course Purchases

If you accidentally repurchase a standalone course you already own, please contact our support team at access@mariawendt.com. Once verified, we can issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.


Important Exception: Bundle Purchases

Refunds are not issued for bundle purchases that include courses you may already own.


Bundles are sold as-is and are priced intentionally to reflect overall bundle value, not individual course ownership.

This means:

  • If a bundle includes a course you previously purchased, that does not qualify as a duplicate purchase

  • Bundle pricing cannot be adjusted or partially refunded


How to Request Help for a Duplicate Purchase

If you believe you’ve accidentally purchased the same individual course twice:

  1. Contact our support team at access@mariawendt.com

  2. Include:

    • The email address used at checkout

    • The name of the course

    • Approximate purchase dates

  • Log into your course library before buying

  • Review your existing courses to confirm ownership
